HOBBIES
Engineering is not just my hobby in life. I enjoy doing sports and is another of my passions, besides the naval engineering.
I keep my body and mind in shape, not only playing sports and exercising, but also practicing meditation and breathing techniques to soothe body, mind and spirit and to have in this way a balanced and healthy life, giving my mind the rest need to be more productive, responsible and decisive in my profession at the time of decision making and lead my team.
I'm a member of a running team, which allows me to develop my potential and share both teamwork and to achieve my goals and personal achievement in my life goals.
It's allows me to learn to share and help my teammates in their achievements.
How could it be otherwise, water sports is another of my passions, which is why I have inclined to kitesurfing, being a sport of high demands, not only physical but also mental, that requires great concentration and skill.
Fitness exercises in the gym allow me to have balanced my body in all its aspects, in addition to providing physical exercises for each muscle in my body and lead a healthy, balanced diet and fitness life.
